Graham's issues page lists eight areas. On the economy, she cites managing a $90 million state agency budget and pledges to make the Trump tax cuts permanent, root out waste and fraud, reduce taxes and red tape for small business, invest in workforce training and skilled trades, and require work from able-bodied adults receiving benefits. On the border, she supports finishing the wall, fully funding enforcement, ending catch-and-release, fighting fentanyl, removing criminal illegal aliens, and opposing amnesty and taxpayer-funded benefits for people here illegally. She describes herself as pro-life, supporting mothers, adoption, and pregnancy resource centers and opposing taxpayer funding of abortion, while defending religious liberty, parents' rights in education, and girls' sports and locker rooms. On elections, she supports voter ID, accurate voter rolls, and transparent counting, and opposes federal takeovers of state elections and noncitizen voting. On crime, she opposes defunding police and backs police funding and tough penalties for fentanyl traffickers and violent repeat offenders. On guns, she opposes registries, red-flag confiscation, and firearm bans and supports concealed carry reciprocity. For South Carolina, she cites leading the state Commission for the Blind and pledges to cut waiting lists for disability services, support farmers, expand rural broadband, keep rural hospitals open, and protect Medicare and Social Security. She says President Trump asked her to run and that she is a reliable vote for the America First agenda, supporting military installations and service members, VA accountability, and an all-of-the-above energy strategy.
