Brown's "Our Fight" page says paychecks are too low and costs too high, and that "the system is rigged" but can be fixed. He proposes banning health insurers from denying care a doctor says a patient needs and fining insurers that improperly deny claims; making it illegal for drug companies to charge Americans more than they charge in other countries; requiring data centers to pay the full cost of their utilities, ending what he calls excessive tax breaks for them, and letting communities decide whether data centers are built; capping how much utility companies can raise rates; and banning members of Congress and their spouses from trading stocks and from becoming lobbyists after leaving office. He frames himself as a senator who would work for Ohioans rather than utility, drug, insurance, or oil companies.
