Jolly's "Where David Stands" page lists positions on many issues. He calls the current system rigged and supports campaign finance and ethics reform to put voters first, and says Florida deserves better than politics built on division and should end the culture wars. He would give Florida families better access to Florida's universities and says public education should be a priority, starting with strong public schools. On affordability, he says Florida should be a place people can afford to call home, from rent to other costs. He says Florida can end needless gun violence without taking away rights. He supports restoring reproductive freedom, saying those decisions belong to people, not the government. He would have Florida step in to restore services for veterans when the federal government steps back. He describes Florida's economy as having unrealized potential. On criminal justice, he calls for accountability for everyone and "fighting crime, not communities." He says no one should be one diagnosis away from fear, delay, or debt. He supports home rule and direct democracy so Floridians decide, equality and civil rights so every Floridian has a fair shot, clean energy as a way to save money, an immigration approach that recognizes Florida was built by people who arrived with hope, and protecting Florida's environment. The captured index gives short summaries of each position.
